Background & experience
Tell us about your professional career and what led you to the role as Global Sales Manager for SADE Containers?
My professional career is linked to logistics where I have really grown personally and professionally. I started as a customer experience agent and then I moved into a sales role where I managed import/export flows and developed solutions within Logistics & Services. Later, I became a Product Manager for Spain, where I led multiple projects, with one of them directly linked to SADE Containers. I’ve witnessed SADE’s evolution and growth during the last 3 years and have been amazed by its achievements and success.
Which experiences have shaped your approach to leading an international sales team?
I’ve learnt from working in international markets and companies; I believe in the culture mix and understand that everyone is different. I see my role as a facilitator. I need to create the best environment for everyone and ensure that each team member can give their best to achieve SADE’s goals. This environment is built on trust, confidence, open minds and proactiveness, setting the grounds for long-term success.
What attracted you to joining SADE Containers and our industry specifically?
Thanks to a project I led previously, I have somehow been part of SADE from the very beginning. I’ve been able to see and live the culture from an outside perspective. I truly believe that my personality and goals match perfectly with the SADE values.
How would you describe your leadership style in a diverse and global sales organisation?
I am a calm person, dedicated to the task, and I always apply a customer-centric approach. I believe it is important to bring structure, guidance, and simplicity into our day-to-day work so we can focus on what is essential and maximise our efforts.
Expectations & intentions
What are your top priorities for the first 90 days in the position?
Building the right structure, setting goals and objectives for 2026, and defining the needed guidance are my priorities. I am getting acquainted with the different markets and customers, their needs, and how SADE can best support them.
How do you define success for yourself in this role over the next year?
The easy answer would be “by achieving our 2026 targets”. Targets are important, but even more important is to build a team and a structure that can last beyond 2026—one that is scalable and optimised.
What have you spotted as opportunities within our global sales set-up?
Our business is similar across geographies with synergies and know-how that can be shared. Improving the visibility of our business and ensuring knowledge sharing across the team is essential. We must have the right tools and clear expectations. We operate in markets with different maturity levels, and we need to leverage what we know to make a success of it.
How do you plan to align regional sales teams under one global strategy?
With the goals defined for 2026 and beyond, it is important to understand the role we all have in achieving the goals. It is not just a sales effort but a team effort, and we must leverage our strengths in the different markets, defining our commercial strategy in each of them, making sure our supply is consistent, and that we have built meaningful customer relationships that can bring us to our goals.

Which are the main challenges for our industry and how can companies position themselves?
Sourcing equipment at the right price is essential. This may become more difficult due to the geopolitical situation. We overcome these challenges through responsiveness and flexibility.
And what are the opportunities?
We need to distinguish ourselves. What makes SADE different and why should customers rely on us? Our flexibility, logistics solutions, skilled team, and market expertise are more important than ever.

Digitalisation will enable smarter, more personalised solutions through faster and more data-driven processes. SADE aims to elevate the customer experience through transparency and ease of business.
